The official, "by the book" way to get a prescription for hormones is to see a gender therapist for counselling. If after three months (or so) you and the therapist agree that hormones are the best thing for you, you will be given a referral to an endocrinologist or other doctor who has some experience supervising transsexual hormone regimens. That doctor will then give you a prescription.

The reason why so many crossdressers or whatever else you want to label us with are submissive and seek so called 'forced feminization', is a deep down subconscious feeling that what we are doing is wrong. Some of us have come to terms with it, but the feelings don't go away. A lot of submission is, in one way or another, linked to feelings of guilt and inhibitions. When a domme says that it is humiliating to cross dress a 'normal' guy, but not a transvestite is wrong. They do feel humiliated due to these deep feelings that it is wrong. If society and families became a lot more accepting of crossdressing, then it would not be seen as wrong and therefore not be as humiliating - possibly! This can also be seen in the term 'forced bi-sexuality'. They are bi-sexual, but think it is wrong, so they want it to be forced. Just that term forced, takes away the feelings or guilt, but can add feelings of humiliation as a result.

It seems to me that this is not truly "forced" feminization if it is what one wants and desires. And yet, there are many of us who wish to find a Mistress who shares in the particular "kink" that we experience: our desire to be more feminine and, indeed, female, and her desire to control a man who is very feminine to the point of wishing to become as much a woman as possible. It is not solely about the sexual for me, but more importantly the emotional: the emotional attraction to women and their psychology, and the deep, life long belief that I should have been born a girl. I would find some level of fulfillment and satisfaction serving a Master, but it would be primarily sexual. The emotional fulfillment and bond would be as the subservisent. With a Mistress, the fulfillment would be "complete": sexual, emotional as the subservient one, and emotional in the companion/mate bond I would develop. I am a man, and will always be one in my genetics. But, my life long desire (as far back as I can remember) has always been to be a girl. My dominant attraction is to women, but ... as a woman myself. Pretty messed up!!!! But, that IS the way it is, and I am stuck with it. Hi staceytv, For the record, I personally see nothing messed up about your situation. :) You are a human being with desires, like all of us. As for gender orientation, I'm sure you've done your share of research on the topic so I'm not going to give you a gender 101 tutorial. But I simply wanted to say, that if you wanted to identify as a woman, you can. Genetics should not stop you from that. Of course, this is my opinion, and as one human to another, I will respect whatever gender identity you are most comfortable with. Welcome to the message boards :) - LA

wow this is discussion has certainly gotten complex. i cam my self a cd/tv because there are s many variations of it. Often you will see me using the phrase "forced feminization" and guess it is true and not true. i enjoy being a girl. For me dressing is only part of being a girl. What i have come to realize about the whole 'forced' thing is that for me it comes down to a couple fo things. First is the feeling of guilt about wanting and needing to be a girl. Being 'forced' helps with that guilt. Another reason is simply logistical.......i would like to try and live my daily life as much like a real girl as is realistically possible. I work out of my house so i am able to be dressed more than most but i am also in and out alot so often it is easier to not dress then to change every time i go in and out. Finally the whole forced thing has to do with my submissive side. i think someone taking a guy and really forcing him to be transformed int a woman would be bad. As far as finding a Mistress.................good luck. i dress and act like a preteen girl so i am way out on the fringe but even if you dress like a normal woman, it is hard to find. I think the reason for this has a lot to do with the amount of work it takes. It takes time and dedication if you really wish to make your guy a girl. It is one thing to have him wear panties everyday or get him dressed from time to time, but to keep him in a feminine mind set and really start to make her feel like a girl and act like a girl takes constant work and most just aren't interested. i think that if they thought about it they would find that in the end they would be left with an extremely devoted slave who's desire to please her Mistress is very deep. kimmy xxoxoxoxoo

For me, the idea of force feminization on a daily basis would not meet my needs. It has nothing to do with the time involved. I just happen to be attracted to extremely masculine looking men. So a sissy does not meet my needs. I say this at the risk of having someone jump down my throat to defend all sissies—and believe me, this has happened more then once on these boards—but this is not an issue of me not liking sissies. This issue of 'forced' is relevent now for me. I see a local Domme when our schedules allow, and recently she's been bringing men into our play. I'm not bi, and I'm not attracted to men at all. But it pleases her to see me with men, and the important thing is making her happy. So forth and so on. The thing about it is that over time, a really short period of time too, I might add, I've come to desire this. I'm still not bi, still not attracted to men, and have no desire to do anything with a man on my own time. And I don't just desire it for her sake. I still resist, I feel deeply humiliated before, during, and after, but still...

You are correct that all parties involved need to be compatible. If your interests are not the same or compatible on a general basis then no matter how much work you put in it will not work out. i identify with being a preteen age girl from about 8 to 12 years old. That is not an age that many Mistresses are interested in. i do do fetish wear and all as a slave girl but daily i dress as a mucha s realistically possible as a girl. Now i ask upfront if that look/age is something they are into. Some will tell me no and i appreciate that rather than leading me on. Some will say sure but them always want me dressed in micro minis, hose and 6" heels. i have even had some berate me because i should have no interests of my own, the only thing that matters is what She wants. My response to her was " i am sure there is a sub or slave out there that will happily agree with you, but thats not me so thank you for taking the time to respond" Anyway....yes similiar goals and interest are a big part of it too. kimmy
