My 2 cents on this issue. It all comes down to experience. At the age of 60 (give or take) someone has either gotten very picky in what they want from someone if they are searching, or if they are still inexperienced they tend to assume no one is going to want a much older newbie. Assuming they are not searching for their first experience at that age, most of the older women I know who are or were in the lifestyle and still single and searching (or occasionaly starting the search again after the death of a partner) have a long list of like snad dislikes that makes them choosier. The ones I know prefered realtime face toface searching in the communities rather than online work becasue they no longer trusted that the people they speak to are real. This all comes from friends (not just my opinions) My friend Val \ a 58 yr old sub female, said "Its like an animal shelter. The puppies are easy to find homes for. They are still cute, fluffy and perky all the time. The older dogs, while perfectly trained and mellowed out, are harder to place becasue their prospective owners dont know what they already know, and think its going to be too much work teaching an old dog new tricks. Its a catch 22, either you have no experience and no one ants to teach you, or you have too much and noone wants to reteach you. So, I play and impress them here (we were at a club) and then they can make their decisions from actualy knowing me, not reading my emails." DV
