This is *because* the specifically represent America, they have a special duty to not DISHONOR AMERICA via their actions.

It is not *my* duty to enforce discipline in either the Military or the Police State, it is theirs, *IF* they have any honor, and deserve any respect.

And from what is clearly evident, they do NOT have any honor, nor do the deserve our respect.

And it is the job of a Federal Marshal, with a warrant after indictment to arrest alleged felons in the Federal Jurisdiction.

I don't absolve myself of responsibilities, I just keep them close at hand. I'm just one person, it would arrogant of me to think that I could know everything and do everything to solve all the worlds problems. So I work on those problems I see in my immediate vicinity. I may not like what goes on in other parts of the world, and I may speak my piece about it, but I acknowledge my limitations and put my abilities to use for those around me. Now if everyone would just do that...

Why should anyone care about earning the respect of someone who won't step up and take the same actions he is excoriating others for not taking?

And the public duty excuse won't fly, as a citizen   you have statutory arrest powers just as the police do, and therefor, should be held to the same standard you hold others to.

I call BULLSHIT! Provide MY QUOTATION saying it's MY RESPONSIBILITY to enforce anyone else's Duties or oversee their Honorable performance of them?

Nope. It's THEIR DUTY, which THEY ARE NEGLIGENT OF.

I already provided the quote (at the top of the page) where you said everyone living on the planet had responsibility for the world's problems... and you are on record as demanding that other people take specific actions to solve those problems, i.e. killing cops, killing/jailing soldiers among others without trial, arresting the President....

If you meant everyone but yourself, or if you are just engaging in keyboard commando rantings, you should have said so, instead of leaving it to be deduced.

Again, isn't it part-and-parcel with the authority given to act in the name of The People, the RESPONSIBILITY to preserve the honor and integrity of those with that authority?

And I'm *all for* using UCMJ Article 120 to hang child-rapists. Get back to me when the service grows a set of balls, and the backbone to actually enforce discipline, and use the UCMJ for more than harassing lawyers working at Gitmo.

You shoot deserters in combat? Doesn't that apply to rapists and other pieces of shit?
