Reading glasses.
Distance glasses.
Sunglasses (prescription)
and soon to be added: the dreaded 'I'm way old now' bifoculs. That word looks wrong. Bifocals? Can't spell em, don't want em lol.

Sometimes new glasses need a bit of time to adjust to. Be careful driving and on stairs *personal experience*.

i used to wear them when i was younger to correct a lazy eye, but all they did was made it harder to see out of the left (lazy) eye so that it would work harder and open... gave me migraines until i quit wearing them at 16

so now i have 2 lazy eyes (the right eye closed some for some reason) and see great... but for some reason they are often misdiagnosed by the fairer sex as "bedroom eyes".  i guess i'll suffer through it like a good subbie boy

but i love a woman with glasses, as long as she can see by touch in the dark (or the light by that matter)

Me !! I wear glasses. Progressive lenses. A true wonder, no more glasses off for close up work, glasses on for distance.

I have 4 prs--regular and sunglasses in both single and bi-focals.

I wear sunglasses virtually all the time I am driving {even on cloudy, rainy and foggy days}, I should be wearing my regular glasses the rest of the time, but, I don't. I've been going blind for over 10 years, I have lost about 8 to 9% of my sight thus far, no cure {don't try to guess whats wrong}, I just don't. I have worn glasses since I was about 8, now, not as much as I should. Just wait til Dr. Y gets his hands me me this summer, I will be a GONNER.

For my 40th birthday last year my eye doctor looked at me and said happy birthday.. here are your glasses. Bi-focals.. for reading mostly. My arms aren't long enough to hold book out so i can see... but can see everything else fine for most part. The bi focals help with small print that i use to read with no problem as well.

I used to have better than 20/20 vision... I still have 20/20 but it is harder for me to see things at greater distances the way I used to... I was thinking about going to an optomistrist to make sure that I have nothing degenerative that could be corrected or arrested... going on 40 I do not know if there is much they could do, they say that your eye sight is the first thing to go.

i never had 20/20 :(  since i was 6 i have had glasses
right now i am -540 in left eye and -450 in right eye sucks to be me right now i just got my new glasses was blind all wekend without them LOL

I think that is what I will also eventually have as I get older.  I find I cannot read up close with my prescription glasses.  With bifocals, I call this the "B" word of vision correction. [:'(]

i hated bifolcals i had them when i was like 10 only had them for a month couldnt get use to them at all yuckkkkkkkkkkk

I'm *supposed* to wear glasses... but my living/financial situations have not been the best for the past few years.. so when they broke, I haven't been able to afford new ones.

I'm far-sighted.  But cannot see well up-close, so I only need to wear my glasses for reading or when I'm on the computer.  I need a new script for sure; It's been about 10 years.

Good luck with your new specs.  Makes life so much easier.

I wear hard contact lenses, since I have multi-axis astigmatism in both eyes and that can't be corrected by anything except hard contacts, from what I've learned.

So I wear my hard contacts to get to 20/20 and wear reading glasses due to presbyopia.

I sometimes wear regular spectacles, but they aren't bifocal.  So I take 'em off <pain in the rectum> when I do close work.
