abnormalme -> Does anyone have a Hot Enema Recipe? (5/31/2007 11:14:08 PM)

I'm not sure this is the place for this questions and I'm sure I'll be told real quick if it isn't!!!

But, I know years age there was a Hot Enema Recipe/Solution that cause a great amount of pain and discomfort.

I'm wondering if anyone has a SAFE Hot Enema Recipe they could share with me?

Thanks in advance

There is a thread about enemas on the FemmeDomme site:

http://www.femmedomme.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=25;t=000225

If you Google "hot enema" and "hot enema receipe" there is some good info. It seems coffee enemas are very trendy at present. Shudder. Think I'll continue to imbibe my caffeine the old fashioned way...

Have fun!

I can sort of understand why..... a caffeine enema would get the caffeine rush into the system the fastest I would think!  I'm just going by what is said about an alcohol enema getting a person drunk the fastest of any other way taken!

Thanks for the site... I will be checking it out after I press the ok button!

As I understand it, the pain factor with enemas comes from holding on to them, not from the enema itself, as the bowel has no nerve endings.  You could combine an enema with figging if you were being particularly nasty .... hehehe .... but the longer the poor victim has to hold on, the more it will hurt. Imagine an alcohol/caffeine/figging combination - a sub with a burning bum too drunk and high to hold on - what a punishing scenario ... as I said, have FUN!!! Wanders off whistling in the direction of the coffee pot...

if you're looking to cause pain and discomfort, it's not what you put in the enema recipe that does the trick so much as the temperature of the mixture you use; cold water causes severe cramping[:'(]

velvetpetal -> RE: Does anyone have a Hot Enema Recipe? (6/1/2007 5:54:16 AM)

Once read a page of these kinda "recipes".. and remember reading about lemon juice being added to the waters.. to cause strong cramping.

i also recall many safety issues.. and that most said to make them the safest.. salt should be added to any enema "recipe".. to prevent to much water from being absorbed into the blood system.

i am not exactly sure which definition You are meaning..with the word "hot"...
but cant say as i have ever found any recipe where the waters or any other ingredient in any recipe... to be anything higher in degree of heat.. over "warm"

Calandra -> RE: Does anyone have a Hot Enema Recipe? (6/1/2007 7:18:08 AM)

Hi George,
Please forgive Me if I come off as a know it all, but I was a Pro Domme for years who specialized in enemas. This entire thread strikes terror in My heart for you and the other posters... OMG!

Enemas are one of the most dangerous activities if you do not know what you are doing! I'll take each "red flag" in turn:

Temperature: An enema is capable of QUICKLY and dangerously changing your core body temperature. A cold enema can cause delicious cramping, but be prepared to do a secondary lukewarm enema once you are finished to restore body temp. Make sure to be in a warm room, with blankets and warm drinks (coffee, hot cocoa, hot tea) where you can receive/give yourself proper aftercare.

A hot enema will give you symptoms of a fever. A Hot enema is NEVER a good idea. There are beneficial bacteria that cannot handle higher temperatures. There are also very sensitive tissues in your colon that will be damaged if you get the solution too hot. You do NOT want to compromise your lower digestive tract.

Alcohol, coffee and other additives: Additives can be safely used if you follow certain precautions. First remember the rule of three - any ingredient introduced through an enema will hit three times faster and three times stronger than if you had ingested it orally. Think about that... one cup of coffee orally will feel like three cups anally. This is because there are no digestive processes involved. The substance is absorbed directly into the bloodstream. NEVER use hard alcohol. Beer causes intoxication AND cramping (remember all those little bubbles?). Wine causes a sense of contentment and well being. Please remember that your chances of unsafe blood alcohol levels is higher if you disregard this warning.

Salt: ALWAYS always always add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. of salt to an enema. You would think that putting liquid up yer backside would cause you to retain too much water. WRONG. You can actually confuse the colon (remember it's in charge of determining the consistency of your bowel movements) and trigger dehydration superfast if you do not add the salt. The salt makes your body want to retain water and this is a good thing with enema play.

There are many many SAFE pain recipes that I would be happy to share if you wish.

Lady Colandra,

I would enjoy seeing your mixes.  Enemas have recently become an interest

BBBTBW -> RE: Does anyone have a Hot Enema Recipe? (6/1/2007 9:25:57 AM)

This is my enema regimine that I have used for years.  I do a 3 enema session.  Never an ill effect with me or anyone I have done it on.:

Cleanser:
  1. 2 qts. lukewarm water with 2 T. peppermint castille soap.  (Put the soap in last otherwise you end up with too many bubbles).  The soap causes cramping like you wouldn't believe.  Let it sit in your body for about 5 minutes if you can, then expel it completely (just when you think you are finished expelling, sit on the pot again)

Neutralize:
  1. 2 qts. lukewarm water with 1/4 cup of baking soda (mix well) Let it sit in your body for about 5 minutes if you can, then expel it completely (just when you think you are finished expelling, sit on the pot again)

Rinse:
  1. 2 qts cool water.  Let it sit in your body for about 5 minutes if you can, then expel it completely (just when you think you are finished expelling, sit on the pot again)

All 3 cause wonderful cramping and for some extreme arousal.  Have Fun.

CitizenCane -> RE: Does anyone have a Hot Enema Recipe? (6/1/2007 11:09:50 AM)

Any enema will cause cramping, given a little time. Plain old water and a little salt is safe, and who's in a hurry anyway? Nothing quite compares to a well-filled sub trying to focus on giving head while a quart of luke-warm water gradually makes itself felt.
