A drive Thursday has recently advertise they are giving away root beer floats on Thursday nights.

I had this evil idea. When the car hop goes out to pick up the tray from the car, I can see her saying "I hope you enjoyed our new root beer floats!!! Being this is a new menu item, we'd like your opinion on this short survey for us. Thank you!"

The survey would read: Please let us know if you develop any of the following:

Nausea
Vomiting
Blurred vision
Slurred Speech
Hallucinations
An erection lasting more than 4 hours
Colon Polyps
