ORIGINAL: GoddessDustyGold Milking only releases the buildup of seminal fluid. The sperm, as I understand the process, joins with the fliud elsewhere prior to ejaculation. Milking is necessary for prostate health. Orgasm, IMO, is important to emotional health. BTW, I have had boys who tell Me they love to be milked and have the prostate massaged. It is not the same as orgasm, but they claim it can be an "orgasmic experience. Ya know, like when you have a terrible itch, and then someone gives it a good scratch for ya? That can give Me shivers! Not all boys feel this way,. but some do. Others love the humiliation of milking. Sorry, My medical knowledge is hazy on this. I just know the fluid released in milking usually does not include any sperm. I should go look for a link, but I am lazy tonight! Anyboody else? Oh, and if I'm wrong about this, tell Me, have at Me, whatever! You are pretty much spot on DustyGold. Sperm will eventually be released or reabsorbed as it breaks down (you don't have to orgasm to release sperm - that's what nocturnal emissions are - they are not always from "wet dreams" either). The prostate thing though ... the first treatment for enlarged prostate issues is more frequent orgasm/milking. If that doesn't work, then they move on to drugs, radiation/chemo and/or surgery, depending on if it's determined to be cancerous or not (and it is more likely to be the longer it is enlarged). It just makes sense to me that something that is used as the first line of treatment would also be a good preventative.
