Many profiles make me chuckle, and when I have the time I read all the profiles!
Dominant, submissive, switch, and all in between.

I tend to "run" from profiles that state they are "nice guys" or anything remotely related.
I will never forget a male submissive that had NiceGuy in his screenname, that during our first
conversation went ballistic and cursed me out with a vengeance!
So much for the nice guy.

"I am not like the other people on here!"
Time to run, like hell-----> the other way!

Fine, but why not use this great kinkosphere and all of its options ? We are limited to words on a computer screen and get no emotional indications. So...
Why not ask "What to do you mean by Iam different ?" "Just how are you different and why would I prefer your difference ?"

Or..."What do you mean...you are a 'nice guy' ?" Tell me...just what do you think it means to be a nice guy and how that is a good thing ?

I always get a little surprised when people actually READ my profile... some of the messages I've received from poor misguided fools who haven't... oh dear!

I Love reading these kinds of profiles!  Makes me wonder what the $%@^?

"Looking for serious real time 24/7 relationship, no game players.  I don't do voice, IM's or email.  So don't waste me time asking."

I always wonder to myself how these people expect to met anybody?  LOL....

I like the Doms in their late 20s who have been practising for years.  Or the ones from other countries who have no problem with relocating.

Haha! Very good point, Whiplash.

Edited to add a name because I was lazy enough to hit Fast Reply and it landed under the wrong person.

We seem to get a kick well rather would love to kick the ones who say they are nothing but worms or lower than the lowest insect and should not be in the same room as their as the one who collars them,
If We want to go fishing We will get Our worms from the garden,if We wanted low life insects in the house with Us We would not buy bug spray and if We had to keep shouting out to have this person get something for Us and then going to another room to collect it well We already have to get our own things and do not have to yell to do that now and won't be doing it when We have some one with Us 24/7 either.

my favorite are the sub/slave profiles that say "I want you to do this, I want that, I want the other thing, you will do this to me every day, and I will do this to you every day"

Actually, Valentyne, now thatcha mention it, I've been thinking of listing the things I would do in exchange for a Dr. Pepper and a Snickers bar every day...

Update: No, sorry, just not feasible. List turned out way too long. :(

I must admit that I am saddened by the total lack of literacy in many of the profiles I have read. Are these people so clueless about Spell-check? Every good witch/warlock should have a good spell-checker.

In good humor,

-dies laughing at Eldritch's joke, but has a soulstone-

I had this sudden image of a big, long, evil, doomsday-ish spell simply conjuring a rabbit out of a hat instead of ending the world because of a misspelled word.

Also, anyone who got the soulstone thing should take up golf and cancel his or her subscription forthwith if it is still active.

I like the ones who invite me read their profile.  To see if we may be compatible.  Their profile often consists of three lines.

I find all this hilarious because I was just writing a journal entry about the lack of literacy and flow in profiles around here, when the "Recent Forum Posts" thing popped up with this thread.

I don't understand why someone feels the need to repeate themselves four, five, or six times in their profile.  If someone read your profile, which few do anyway, they'd get it after saying it only once, I think.

Maybe I have too much faith in people.

i have seen a profiles with that and others with "i'm not currently looking" or "currently in a relationship with new submissive/slave" yet they're viewing my profile ...or some have "tell me what i want" - yeah like i really know what you want.

The looking for friends thing.. Master and I ARE looking for friends first and foremost.  I notice that Domiguy is from our locality.. you crack me up!  I am sure Master would love to meet with you.  The one thing Master has picked up on which drives him nuts.. I am a DOMINATE.. he was going to post a thread on it but changed his mind.

I always like to read the different profiles on Collarme, and since i'm a female sub, it's usually the Male Dominant ones that I look at the most. Have you ever noticed that there are some things that lots of people will say, such as...

1. "I'm not like other Doms. I'm different." or...

2. "I'm a nice guy, but don't mistake it for weakness."

Has anyone else noticed any other trends on lots of people's profiles? Whether male/female, Dom/sub, whatever. Let us know. I just thought this might be a thread that could be fun and make a few people chuckle. Have a good evening!

There are so many wonderful profile cliches out there. One fave of mine on dom profiles is, "I'm a sensual dom." And someone else mentioned another of my faves... "I'm a Dominate." But my all time fave, on sub profiles: "I'm not a doormat." In response to which doms write: "I'm not looking for a doormat..."

Ah, the wonder of it all...

What a perfect name, you truly are FiendishlyCute!

But I digress from what brought me here... this phrase "Female Sub."

I think it belongs in the category of oxymoronic phrases like:

Business Ethics
Military Intelligence
Sexual Perseversions
Earnest Investors
Male Dominants

and my all time oxymoronic phrase:

"Man's Inhumanity To Man."

If Man does it, how is it inhuman?

Blessings and Intense Sexual Bliss to all who recognize their true role.

Domina Sancti

For an exorbitant fee or exchange of services, fairer and i could possibly be enticed to rewrite anyone's profile to attract the person of their desires
