I forgot the name of the comedian, Jon something who was the devil on Saturday Night Live. When women were asked what they wanted and a few said someone funny. He said, I am funny... Honesty, Loyalty, Obedience, Intelligence, sense of humor I think there are some other things, be honest.

Speaking as a sub, I think being honest, obedience, truthful, intelligence and having a sense of humor. LadyHeart wrote one who shows up. If you spend some time to get to know someone on the internet and decide to meet them in person, you should go ahead and meet with them. I would go ahead and meet with her even if I was a little afraid. I probably would find that we are quite compatible.

For me the most important servile trait is eagerness to serve as I desire. This is, of course, long after we've talked, met, there's been a formal application and a formal training process. It is during that minimum 3 month training period that I can truly gauge what drives their service.

i can only speak as a sub, but would think that with one major exception, most of the qualities that a Domme would seek in Her slave would be pretty much what a woman would want in any relationship, starting with honesty. If a relationship is not truthful, you have nothing! The MAJOR ingredient in a D/s relationship that is not in other relationships is the "total obedience" that a Domme would require of Her property. There is no middle ground in a D/s relationship. If a slave is not capabable of turning over complete control, it could work for some, but it is not a 100% D/s relationship, in my view. And, while there is almost total focus here on the sexual aspects of a D/s relationship, a Domme would look for the heart of a slave, his/her need to serve in any capacity as being paramount.

I'd have to say the hardest one getting used to had to have been the givimg up of smoking. In a job where 75% of Marines smoke its hard as hell to give up due to all the cravings on a 24/7 basis but have gone a month with only one hic-up and smoked 3 cig's inbetween i feel I accomplished alot.

All of the above of course but I also want a lot more. He has to be as good if not better than me at most things. I'm very competitive but I don't like to win too easily. And a very quick learner at the things I can do that he has never tried before. Rich would be nice because I'm broke. Generous but not stupid. Looks are not as important as body shape. And of course he has to let me do anything to him that I want to. So Mr Alround Pefect.
