LadyIce -> RE: Online Personalities vs. Real Life (6/17/2007 11:06:12 AM)

My personality online is an extension of my personality offline.
Like others have stated, it also depends on my mood.
When I come to these message boards, I enjoy speaking my mind.
I post on a few other message boards, and I have noticed that most message
boards are a community within themselves.

Hahaha.  Oh yeah I forgot to put you on the list.
I'm pretty damn sure you're just like you are here.

domiguy -> RE: Online Personalities vs. Real Life (6/17/2007 11:30:26 AM)

I am the same....What my poor friends must tolerate.

Aileen68 -> RE: Online Personalities vs. Real Life (6/17/2007 11:31:28 AM)

That's not a bad thing domiguy.  I find you very entertaining.

domiguy -> RE: Online Personalities vs. Real Life (6/17/2007 11:32:52 AM)

It's probably because you suffered some form of extensive oxygen deprivation in your past....You've got a bad brain.

Aileen68 -> RE: Online Personalities vs. Real Life (6/17/2007 11:34:37 AM)

Nah...I'm really just an eleven year old boy.

I'm very quiet offline.

Can't say that I really know what opinions people have of me on this website. I don't really feel like part of the CollarMe "in crowd."

Offline, supposedly I'm very hard to get to know. One of the themes that seems to come up in various relationship breakups, is that I don't give guys a chance to really get to know me. To me, that loosely translates, that I wasn't willing to let them go directly from ass to mouth ... or wouldn't set up a threesome with them, me, and my best friend Pati.

Did I mention that I'm very quiet offline? [;)]

Caitlyn, I thought you were the Boss of the CollarMe "in-crowd."

I'm pretty much what you see in here.
I'm very layed-back and find humor in everything.

angelic -> RE: Online Personalities vs. Real Life (6/17/2007 12:12:38 PM)

Aileen, i absolutely love your quick wit and sense of humor.  You are one of the more clever ones here.

I think you are a groovy chick that enjoys getting banged when drunk....lol.

You seem honest...Your posts are well thought out...And you seem to posses a very nice sense of humor....If you are quiet off line than people may never realize all that you have to offer.

Take care.

It might be nice if you could post a pic of you and Pati....Hook'em them horns.

TheHeretic -> RE: Online Personalities vs. Real Life (6/17/2007 12:27:59 PM)

I'm more real in here than I am on the phone at work.  People who know me really well might wonder why I'm so soft-spoken and gentle in here if they read my forum posts, though.

ownedgirlie -> RE: Online Personalities vs. Real Life (6/17/2007 2:31:37 PM)

I'm a lot more vocal in person :)

Pandamonum -> RE: Online Personalities vs. Real Life (6/17/2007 2:43:03 PM)

I think I am the same.  I tend to be very vocal about things that I am passionate about online and off. International politics, social injustice etc., however, there are few people that I encounter in real life that are willing to discuss any of these issues.  Some days I do not want that level of intensity, online and off.  Or I do not have the time to get involved. I prefer the more easy going posts.

Sometimes its a darn good thing I do post because I could not get a word in edgewise in real life. I was told the other day, that people were afraid to talk to me. He said that they thought I was too smart.  He was trying to explain to me how to do something with the water pipes and freaked out because I took notes.   I think the difference is that here I can say, I don't know or rethink something and I do not get that opportunity in real life.

NeedToUseYou -> RE: Online Personalities vs. Real Life (6/17/2007 4:48:50 PM)

No, I'm completely different.

Offline: I'm the most witty, intelligent, wise, handsome, hung like horse, Body of pure muscle, confident, loving, caring person you'll ever meet. I screw super models, and live in mansions and and control the world via my illumanti connections.  I just pretend online to make others feel better, and give themselves a chance.

Hrrmmm, Yeah... LOL.... [;)]
