Okay, I'll be the first to ask what does BDG stand for?

I think that DG may have meant that he is a BDGIMD - a big dicked guy in my dreams [:D]

Erin, hello and  please call me Lucy, its so much easier to type :)
Im not offended at all, yes its sad, it was sad, but there is much worse in the world to worry about, than how someone can/could negate me because of the way I fill out a pair of pants. We have all been hurt by unthinking words, weve all made unthinking remarks about someones physical attibutes. its the way of the beast. You with your freckles, me with my weight, others because of their other personal physical situations, squinty eyes, a unibrow, buck teeth, large noses, balding heads, spots, scars, burns, handicaps and ooooooh the list goes on for ever.
Finding the BBW label for me 25 ish years ago really did help with my self esteem and gave me a f*** you attitude around people who would use the "fat" word. It meant I could not only feel sexy, think sexy, act sexy ...... even better, I allowed someone to find me sexy! Yes it "enabled" me to love myself. Fast forward a few decades I still feel it, grins, even with the added stretch marks, the gravity challenged boobage, the wrinkles around my eyes, etc etc etc. I still have days I dislike the fat encasing me, but Ive accepted that I am fat and I will never look like dita von teese (my heroine) does in a corset. But then I look at the people  I have in my life that love me and I feel blessed. And to me thats the important stuff.
Lucy
