There was an article in the morning paper today on this. Bush is backing Cheney on this, so it must be true, the VP is not part of the excutive branch and he does not have to comply with even Excutive Orders. So who needs him, close the office and send him packing. The Congressional Oversite Committee is thinking the same on Cheney.
