as long as the dogs are snapping at my donuts and nothing else, i think (hope actually) im safe hmmmm *reconsiders nude skating when theres dogs about*

(being short saves my knees btw lmao)

and yes they still do the hokey pokey at skating rinks-i chaperone some of the monthly ones my school has-makes it look like i am volunteering, and i have a blast watching the kids.

the music makes me want to climb a clocktower some days, but i have managed to get the dj to play some oldies from my childhood.  and its the same skating rink i lived in as a kid....

Status: offline 		I used to do the same thing when mine were in grade school.  It was so much fun.  A couple of times I even got very brave and got out on skates myself.  There was one of the dads who was a fantastic skater...made any and everyone look good...I think he used to be a hockey player and he would skate with all the adult women who were brave enough to get on skates.  What a fun time that was!

Hokey Pokey or not, I'm still trying to figure out why they decided to make the floors of the roller rinks so much harder these days than they were when I was younger...

And for that matter, who put the chip in the wheels so that the skates I used to be quite proficient on, for some reason, decide, on their own accord, to go in quite opposite directions than the one in which I want to go...

I tell ya...this whole idea of computerizing everything needs to stay the hell away from roller skates!!!
