Not sure but I think it involves leg movements. What I have always wondered is why don't we have a 'shake it all about' tray to go with the standard 'in' and 'out' trays?

Does any body remember doing the Hokey Pokey on roller skates at the roller rink ? How about musical chairs on skates ? It was fun and cool as a kid. Put your left foot out and your right foot in ,and shake it all around, or something like that.

The Hokey Pokey is a participation dance that became popular in the USA in the 1950s. Larry LaPrise, Charles Macak and Tafit Baker were granted the copyright for the song in 1950. According to popular legend they created this novelty dance in 1949 as entertainment for the ski crowd at Idaho's Sun Valley resort. Ray Anthony's big band recording of the song turned it into a nationwide sensation by the mid-1950s (The "Hokey Pokey" appeared on the B side of Anthony's "Bunny Hop" single). ...

yeah, I remember that one too. Skating used to be a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon...at the local skating rink. There used to be a rather "famous" one here in Chicago that was recently torn down. What a shame! Oh, and it definitely is what it's all about. What else would it be all about? World Peace or some such nonsense?
