ignoring is the one that does it, if you can last over 2 months like me..........well, then you see a week is not such a bad thing. Actually, it is not "ignoring", more like cutting off communication........there is a difference. Do I deserve it? Most times, yes! But cutting off communication also threatens the relationship, and to me that is the difference between ignoring and cutting off communication.

Being ignored is the not exactly the worse but it comes close. Knowing that i have dissapointed is by far the worse feeling for me. i can feel bad for days knowing i was a dissapointment. kat [;)]

When i was Collared would be 2 for me Being Ignored for a day and having my car taken away for a week :(

the worst punishment is happening right now, my Maam and best friend isnt talking to me, my other close female friend is with her and not talking to me, the kind of x (psycho-x) whose part made things a lot worse i'm not talking to and in some ways i deserve it and in some ways its a massive misunderstanding and i am not coping, and what She thinks is a lie isnt and their version of what happened doesnt realy make sense, i dont know when or if they'll talk to me or if anything will go back to ok [:(]

Someone mentioned writing sentences, I've had to do that too and I hate that. But I think the worst of punishments are the boring ones, involving standing for hours. I hate that the most, just doing nothing.

worst punishment? taking my um's out of state and not notifying me of where. Removing important things like telephone or vehicle. No writing utensils, no paper, no mail allowed. why the peace and quiet silence treatment is punishment for some, I don't know. Silence is sweeet LOL

theres ignored and i guess theres abandoment too, ie I'm throwing you away forever this is used more on me than the ignored thing, leaves me shaking until contact. that and being ignored for days was horrible learnt a lot of very harsh lessons in the past week

A lot of people are saying in this thread that being ignored is the worst... not all, but I've noticed quite a few. I'm curious about how that's done by the Dominant. Is it discussed first so that it's understood by the sub what's going on and for how long it will last? Or does S/He ignore the sub without communication about the reasons first? Do you ever feel it's a little destructive or do you feel it's simply effective?

Well the worst punishment was being ignored becuase i feel that i have punished myself way more than anyone can but teh added silent treatement and not acknowleging anything hurts.. I watched a sub sister get punished a while ago, Dominate said he needed me to witness the punishement, As i watched i wanted to run and hide brought back memories that i would of rather of forgotten about. When it was over i know it was hard on her and for a strange reason i felt it was me being punished and i was not the one that had been wrong... Sometimes when a Dom asked this of you it is not to hurt you but becuase of my past i wanted to run far away and never hear the sounds i heard.

Like pretty much everyone else, being ignored or "I'm very disappointed in you" are the worst. But as far as physical punishments go, i might have found the worstest! My Daddy once had me fetch two cups of uncooked rice, pour two little piles on the tiles in my bathroom, then kneel on them. Plus He had me put my hands behind my back and sit up straight, which put more pressure on my knees. 25 minutes of hell. It was like my kneecaps were being torn apart. Needless to say, i did not behave quite so poorly ever ever ever again! <3

They'd throw rice on the kneelers, make us get down on our knees, and pray for long periods of time.

DefiantFlower, I am sure that was bad but try having a peice of plastic rug runner turned upside down and kneel on that once. Those nasty points that hold the runner in place are the worst as they are sharp and really sink into you.

im not sure what my worst punishment would be. i too hate to be ignored, it makes me feel abandoned. i also hate to hear that i have disappointed my Master. i truly dont like it when Master tells me that i am going to be punished for something, but not what the punishment is or whenit is going to occur. i tend to beat my self up until i recieve my punishment and then the slate is wiped clean. my worst physical punishment is a cross between three. a severe caning in which Master broke one of His canes on my ass and had to get another one ot continue. a whipping with His belt in which i was severly bruised for a week and had a very hard time sitting, and when i had an attitide when Master was removing my collar when we had to go out of the house somewhere, He unbuckled it and then choked me with it and told me to correct my attitude. worst non physical punishment, being told to go away, you are stupid and cant do anything right i think the worst possible would be a combination of physical and mental. thoughi havent been punished in a very long time and hope to keep it that way

I've only been in trouble twice with my Sir, and I'd have to say disappointing Him is far worse than anything He's had me do as a punishment.
