Hey, when I have to do something that I really don't want to do, I just think of my LIFE!! ha ha ha... But I mean seriously, how often do we have to do things in our real lives, every day, for work, whatever, that we just DO NOT want to do... I mean, for crying out loud, most of my days are filled up with things that I "don't want" to do. Even sometimes uncomfortable things, like having to take the train and feeling unsafe, or dealing with other uncomfortable situations. I'm not trying to make it sound like your discomfort level is trivial, but what has helped me is thinking of how many things I already do that I don't want to. And I also just look back on my life and think of the absolute most uncomfortable, painful, whatever, situation that I've been in and I know that I am cared for. You are cared for too, and you can take comfort in that. I don't think that anyone who truly loves you will lead you astray into anything harmful... (we all make mistakes, but you know what I'm saying.) :D
