Twice I was asked about bruises, a joking "Got Kinky last night??" funny thing was the marks they were asking about were very mundane and vanllia, like scraping my leg against a rough bolt, the other being on my shoulderr was from the design of my necklace digging in the previous night lmao.
When marks are showing I wear them with confidence, without an apology or embarrassment - why should I be embarrassed about something that brought me such intense pleasure. I have walked into my Aqua Class with my normal bathing suit, marks clearly showing and not a single person has asked, looked at me oddly or batted an eye....since its an early morning class we are talking seniors here btw! do have the cute lifeguard wondering a bit though from some of my comments ;)
But I do keep a cover story in the back of my mind so that I am not caught off guard in case I do not feel like sharing; I never have had to use the cover story but.....playful puppy!! kitty would work as is a run in with a rose bush ....I've always thought about saying "ahhh whipped for pleasure" with a sly smile and a wink.
