So there, now there is no question to what positions i am talking about, and thank you for all the help that i have received so far.

Solution to Position 1:
1) legs apart, assume you are naked, think about it, see what gaps in this logic you can find.
2) naked, looking in the bathroom mirror, lift your hands in the position shown from fully at rest at your sides.
The rest of these positions usefulness and meaning will be left as an exercise to the reader.
There internal emotive responses will be left to you altogether.
