So, recently i met a man through this website...One thing led to another, i said no, he did it anyway...He ended up raping and beating me (as well as a few other things)....i'm in the process of pressing charges, and in this process i've learned i'm definitely not the first person this has happened to..It appears as though he and his slave use this site to troll for and pick up women... How do You suggest i warn other women so this doesn't happen to them?

Pretty much you can't, plus if you post it somewhere else online, before he is actually charged and convicted you can be charged with slander.

Have you contacted collarme directly and offered to provide a copy of the police report...i cant believe that the powers that be on here wouldnt take some kind of action to keep this a safe place to be....

Problem is, he will just come back with another profile and start his antics all over again.

first i'd like to say, "i'm so very sorry to hear you had a really bad experience" i had that problem on another site but never knew the persons name to report the incident.
post a warning message... here on the message board if you can:
post it with his or their nick and hope for the best,
that others will heed your warning
then block their name from your page so they can not contact you again

I think you just did.
People can talk to you on the other side now!
Do you know any Teamsters, Bikers, etc?
These people need to be beaten to a bloody pulp.

Sorry to hear you had a bad time - unfortunutly it's not really something you can warn about as you can't post up his nick and an accusation  - maybe speak to cm provide a copy of the report when he is found guilty and have his IP address blocked?

You need to press charges as quickly as possible, and tell the police you met him online.  It seems to me they would sieze his computer as evidence.  Unless he is a complete moron, I doubt he will be trolling for new victims with the weight of a felony indictment for rape pending.

Go to the police and take it to a court of law. No offence intended, but he's guilty when convicted. Words on a message board mean nothing.

I'm sorry to hear that anyone woud ever have something like this happen to them.  I' m guessing there is little you can do as far as CM goes....To further this horrible story.

It is unfortunate, but this is the internet...And your story could be true or false.  I hope you immediately press charges...And I'm sorry to come off as an ass...But when you say you recently met someone and now you are in the process of pressing charges....It just sounds slightly odd.

I wish you well and I hope whomever caused you harm gets exactly what they deserve.

Couldn't agree more.  If he's really a rapist, the best way to make sure he doesn't rape anyone else is to press charges.

I am so sorry, hun.  I used to be a rape victim advocate, and the best thing for all involved is to press charges, then make sure and take care of yourself.  You can't post who it is, but you can leave it so that others can email you on the other side.  I saw you had taken your profile down, so I can't write you an email.  You will be surprised at the amount of support you will receive from those on here that understand what you are going through.

The thing I regret most about mine, is not doing anything about who raped me.  It was a drug and took me a few days to realize it even happened (too late to do anything).

If you ever need to talk, please feel free and write me.  I have talked to you enough to know you are a sweet and kind person, that deserves to be ok.

i wanted to thank You all for Your  kindness and support. i also want to assure You that by no means, am i offended by Your doubting my claims.  i suppose if i were You i would be in the same position.  i guess the thing that scares me is that i know now i'm not the first woman they have met on here and have done this to.. Also, please rest assured that i am doing what i can to move forward with the legal charges.
Feel free to email me if You have any questions, comments, etc.
Want it.

My condolences on the terrible crime that was inflicted upon you. I can only add my voice to the chorus of others to press forward with the charges. Fight back and fight back hard because evil triumphs when good people do nothing! I realize that’s easier said than done and from my chair here I’m little more than a cheerleader but there are resources out there (i.e. Rape crisis centers) who can help you.

Peace to you and yours,
Marc2b

Sadly you can do little to stop it. You can protect yourself only. Share the word, but few really listen, thinking it will never happen to me....I KNOW BETTER.yea right!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kicking his ass in court and working on your own healing are the best methods.
If he goes up to the big house chances are he will be somebody's else bitch and spend his time bent over and screaming.
