i don't understand.  Why would it be considered perverted (i'm assuming that's what "perved" is referring to) for people to view profiles?  Profiles are made to be searched and viewed by anyone who logs on.  This is a public site, just like MySpace, Yahoo, and such.  No one is forced to place a profile here and what you put into your profile, including whether or not to have photos in it, is entirely up to you.  What's the problem with people looking at the profile that you chose to post on here?  And, if it really bothers you that others are viewing your profile, you can make it unviewable by simply deactivating it.  slave joyOwned property of Master David "Commitment transforms a promise into a reality."

You're reading too much into it.  It's just a nickname that some people started using to refer to checking out profiles here.

As I am sure as stated by many before me..I view a profile, usually because of something said in the forums, either to give me more info to go by in order to respond to a question, or because something was said that had me to go that profile..example..earthycouple said something about a chair being special or some such thing..I had to go to her profile to see the pic of the chair..I know kinda weird..but hey!..I am a furniture a holic!...[:D]...so when I see that I have been viewed as well, I never take it to mean anything much at all...Tempting

lol, texan, only clicking full profile shows you viewed who viewed if you are logged in, otherwise you are ok. 

and yes, I view, randomly, what does it matter? I am curious, or it was there. Some are paranoid and ask why.  Waste of bandwidth.  Just because I view a profile, doesn't mean I wanna marry ya. eeesh.

I do the same here, and sometimes (using Tempting as an example), I just like looking at that person [8|]
 
Sometimes, if I need another window open on my pc, instead of shrinking the ones I have open already, I'll just hit the nearest link to pop a new one up. If I'm on CM, that usually means clicking on a profile.
