Something about those 2 words send a chill down my spine, Master never said it befor this week, i guess something fatherly came out in him with me beeing sick and less then a steller pacient (I have never been a good pacient I get ansy frustrated and out and out cranky when I get sick) But the other night when he was trying to get me to eat my soup and I wasnt all to coaperative, I was cranky and not hungry at all, out came the words "Young Lady" He has never called me that befor but it stoped me dead in my tracks, maybe because he has never said it befor (the only thing he ever calls me besides my name is "My little brating") He enjoyed the reaction a little to much and has started implamenting its usage a lot... So im trying to figure things out, first question, do those 2 words effect anyone els the same way and secent WHY do those 2 simple words have such effect?? The public wants to know people!! I intensely dislike those two words used together. Mostly because they were only used when I was in trouble or someone was being condescending. They push a button with me and do not generate any positive emotions. Now that I have said this, I am sure he will start using them either for his enjoyment or to get rid of the button. Knight's Kyra Ah well my parents never used it on me, they never did the first and middle name things eather, then again I can count on one hand how many times I was ever in trouble growing up, in fact I never got so much as a detention in school... lol Magiks slave.... I so enjoy you! lol I was submissive at one point and I had a younger dominant male I was collared to. He did call me young lady at some point and I loved it! lol I think part of it was that I was no young lady! lol But... it did get my attention in the way he was meaning, that is for sure! It got my attention, letting me know he was serious and I might be being a bit off in something... it made me feel loved and cared for and was just special all the way around. It was an endearment of great magnitude with the total affect of letting me know I was close to punishment! lol

'young lady' my skin crawl and make me want to vomit just like when I hear someone on the boards say 'daddy' among other things. Some guy said that the other day on YIM an I ripped him a new one. I think I should be adding those words to my hardlimits.. they are bad juju and bad words. Not cool.

"Young lady" gives the speaker a definite in-control daddy-type vibe. I don't hate it or love it (it makes me chuckle now that I am past the point of youngishness), although any term of endearment like that makes me smile.

Magik's slave If MJ called me 'young lady' I think He would be half way out the door, or He would be sending me a signal that things were over. Its insulting to be called 'young lady,' their are plenty of things I want MJ to call me, that is NOT on that list.

If someone called me that, I'd respond that he or she needs to schedule an appointment with the eye doctor cause his or her prescription is WAY out of date.

i love love love those two words together and that's probably because my Daddy is the only one to ever use them with me (other than maybe a teacher) i never had a father so when my Daddy used those two words together with me the first time in an instant message i almost fell over. It warmed my heart and got into my soul. i had only heard his voice once on the phone and he had "threatened" to show up where i was and i kept imagining that amazing voice saying those two little words "that way" as he came up behind me to introduce himself and catch me off guard.

when my parents did my complete name, i knew automatically i was in deep trouble (only because my first name was rarely used - everyone called me by my nickname). when Daddy says "hello pussy", i melt like butter however if it's "young lady", i better act right or else.

For me it would not just be the words. The tone of voice and the look in his eyes. It's a complete picture or the two words are not effective. I do love being stopped in my tracks.

Master calls me this ...He always says, "Well hello young lady" when He calls me on the phone...it makes me smile everytime....and i guess technically He is correct...i am 8 years younger then Him....LOL
