Al Gore's son arrested on drug suspicion

Al Gore's son was arrested early Wednesday on suspicion of possessing marijuana and prescription drugs after deputies pulled him over for speeding, authorities said.

Al Gore III, 24, was driving a blue Toyota Prius about 100 mph on the San Diego Freeway when he was pulled over at about 2:15 a.m., Sheriff's Department spokesman Jim Amormino said.

The deputies said they smelled marijuana and searched the car, Amormino said. They found less than an ounce of marijuana along with Xanax, Valium, Vicodin and Adderall, which is used for attention deficit disorder, he said.

I think he'll claim that he is the previously-unbeknownst to us love child of Scooter Libby and Dick Cheney (nooo, I don't know how that'd work either), and get W to bail him out.

the funniest part of this story is that i didnt know those lil cars could go 100 miles an hour lol
doesnt matter,,,give the kid a lil counseling, and forget about it,,if it wasnt A.G's son,,,no one would care...

ya gotta kinda feel for the kid,,
first off,, his dad is known as the "wooden one"
second... he's made to drive the least sexiest car in America,,when they could clearly afford anything on the market...
hell,the kids just wants to get laid.....so he grabs a lil reefer, and some pills from moms chest of drawers ;)
and apparently was driving down a VERY long and steep hill to get that car to go that fast ;) lol

Having children on drugs, nor being a presidential-nominee with a drug history seems to impact one's ability to become president... look who we have in office presently.

If we had to look at the family members of every politician... we would have no politicians. Hmmm... maybe that wouldn't be all bad!

As far as politicians go... I still think Gore is one of the good among evil.
