You've probably already noticed that most of the responses have been negative, and I think that's pretty much an assessment of what you will find concerning this question of yours.
That doesn't mean it's impossible to find what you're seeking, but it's going to be that much more difficult.
Here's my rational choice perspective on how the heirarchy of that probably works.
1. If you are a guy, unattractive (both physically and psychologically), and suck at being a submissive, your chances are probably always going to be "no".
2. If you are a woman, unattractive (both physically and psychologically), and suck at being a submissive, your chances are probably always going to be "no" (if you are seeking a dominant woman; if you're seeking a male dom, you're chances are probably 10 percent successful).
3. If you are a guy, unattractive (both physically and psychologically), and are pretty good at being a submissive, your chances are slim to none. However, if you're already established with the dominant, you might have a snowball's chance in Hell).
4. If you are woman, unattractive (both physically and psychologically), and are pretty good at being a submissive, your chances are still slim to none, although if you're seeking a male dom, your chances have probably increased to about 20 percent.
5. If you are a guy, attractive (either physically and/or psychologically), and you suck at being a submissive, your chances are probably that snowball's chance in Hell again (unless you've already set up a rapport with her; then it goes up to about 5 percent).
6. If you are a woman, attractive (either physically and/or psychologically), and you suck at being a submissive, your chances are probably about 10 percent with a dominant woman, and at least 30 percent with a dominant male. Oh they'll claim it's not, but show them a picture, and they're hooked.
7. If you are a guy, attractive (either physically and/or psychologically), and you excel at being a submissive, your chances are probably around 5 percent with a dominant woman (25 percent if you've been attached to her for awhile).
8. If you are a woman, attractive (either psysically and/or psychologically), and you excel at being a submissive, your chances are probably about 10 percent with a dominant woman (30 percent if you've been attached to her for awhile), and 50 percent with a dominant male (100 percent, plus a limo, flowers and candy, if they've already had a chance to have you serve them).
That's just my mathematical assessment.
