Status: offline 		I am 64 and I consider my self to be a young 64. I had a Mistress when I was 60
for 18 months .She  was 30. I am now looking for either a Master or Mistress . I might as well be trying to get an audience with the Pope. I feel that I have a lot to give including the experience of age. I must be doing something wrong. I can tick all the boxes re obedience , loyalty honesty etc and im not that ugly . Anyone got any ideas ?

Now, as far as your actual question...maybe being a bit more open about what it is that you want? Are you only looking on here? Or visiting your local scene as well?

Status: offline 		For me, a sub being "too old" has to do with whether he or she enjoys the same activities as me, is physically capable of carrying out that interest, and is capable of doing the things I want from a submissive.

I'm willing to deal with an older sub - I have one serving me now who is old enough to be my dad. However, when someone says "ok, I want to be your sub but I am so old and feeble I can do no acts of service other than sexual and I don't want to do any of the things that interest you because we didn't do those things in my day" they are too old.

I can handle someone who can't kneel because of bad knees, whatever the age. I can handle someone who can't do a lot of physical labor, whatever the age. I can't handle someone who tries to use their age as an excuse to be nothing but a sexual slave.

Status: offline 		I'm 47 y/o, and My slave wife is 20 years younger than I.  In addition, W/we have female play friends who are in their early 20's.  I've often said to Myself that I'm getting too old for this ("this" being the ability to attract young women and have them want to hang out with U/us)... but as time passes, I'm finding that's not the case.

My advice to Y/you would be no different than advice to anyone (in any type of lifestyle)...  join groups and do activities.  In Y/your case, join a local BDSM or alternative lifestyle group, and meet people in person.  Attend functions and become a part of the group, not just an observer.  Allow time for people to get to know Y/you... lots of time.  Once Y/you are accepted, age will drift into the back of their mind rather than be at the forefront.  At that point, Y/you'll have the opportunity to become closer if Y/you wish (and if Y/you know how).

your profile is contradicting what you are actually looking for, your age is off, and so are your interests and what you are seeking.  i would suggest updating those things and then go from there.  Maybe your emails are not worded appropriately, are you only writing one liners, or are you writing multiple paragraph emails?

In either case try saying what you want to say in One to two paragraphs.  The women whether Mistress or sub or slave get a million emails daily.....

Seriously, I have only rejected one sub for medical reasons, not strictly age, and that's because he was physically incapable of doing the sort of activities I am interested in. His skin was in appalling condition so I didn't dare touch it, let alone spank or flog it. Age of the body isn't so much of an issue ... age of the mind might be!

Status: offline 		From our M/s perspective age is not a factor... if a slave is young the questions are around maturity and self awareness. If a slave is older the questions are around physical ability to serve and emotional baggage. Older slaves also need to look at their ability to be flexible in adapting to a new life and new ways that a new Master will require.

At different stages in our bdsm lives we have had slaves less than half our age and at others more than twenty years older than we were... at our current age it is rare to run accross any slaves much older than we are... but we are open in both directions.

Our advice is like many others, make your profile honest and complete, tell who you are and ask for what you need or you are just wasting your (and others) time. Beside most of us into M/s as a way of life agree that open, honest and vulnerable communications are foundational to success... start there.
