Well, I haven't been in at least six months, but for the past two years prior to that, I spent 5 to 6 days a week in the gym every morning from 5:30 to 7:30. My schedule was lifting, then cardio, and then swimming as a cool down. Its definately effective and when you stop doing it, it shows you just how effective it was. I tried PiYo once, but even though I considered myself fit...I wasn't *that* fit apparently...lol. I found muscles I never knew I had! Now that I'm not working downtown anymore, my owner hasn't yet decided whether or not to bring in the equipment or to get me a membership to the Gold's gym just around the corner. I hope it happens soon either way, because I've really gone to pot! best regards, f
