I am more confused than ever.....why in the world would someone go thru the time and trouble to do something like this.....I received a letter from this same person a few days ago that was very readable....then this....its just weird.

Since most broadband users get their addresses via DHCP, filtering by IP doesn't work all that well anymore unless you're willing to block entire netblocks. XI
