Fisting is a tricky thing. Its one of those practices that require trust, lube n patience. And by patience, i mean it took me month to be able to do this. Near on a year. With the same loving partner, with me really wanting to open myself up to him, desiring to do what we were attempting, and still it took near on a year! And that's after 3 kids, implicit trust and shit loads of lust.
Im just so ecstatic and gooey eyed when he does this, its one of those special moments to share. Sounds all airy faerie, and it is.
What you do with your hand when in there, is irrelevant. For me, its not a orgasmic activity, though with clitoral stimuli it can be. Its more a spiritual connectedness.
And as to 'how' that is soooo subjective for each person. Not worth telling you. You've read, you want, now go do. Just need to locate a willing, trusting partner to allow you to practice with.

No, I meant kink rather than fantasy. I try to choose my words carefully, though I don't always succeed so the question is well asked. I can't claim a great deal of personal experience in the subject, my hands are somewhat larger than any of my partners could accomodate.

However, given the fact that ejaculation volume is only between 2 and 6 ml, and that most of that will be deposited well inside the vagina, not where the lubrication is needed, I have a hard time conceptualizing its value as a lubricant for fisting. And having read several articles on the topic and attended several demos and workshops without this lubrication method having been mentioned, I was naturally curious about its authenticity.

Of course, none of that precludes the value of semen as a lubricant for fisting. However, without any evidence beyond antecdotal I have some reason for doubt.

I always tell people read read read, however in your case I think you need to find a willing partner. As mentioned lots of lube, trim your nails, I prefer gloves, and if you wear rings remove them.

I have been fisted and really enjoy it if done right. I also enjoy fisting my submissives. I love watching their eyes.

I love fisting...but I've only ever done it to men. I've never had a problem, even if I'm rough. But I have small hands...

I find that no matter what motion I make with my hand once in, it works. I assume it's b/c the psychological thrill is the largest one.

For those with an interest in male fisting, you might want to see if you can find the movie "Beyond Vanilla". Although, as the name implies, it's not exclusively about male fisting, it does have some powerful scenes on that topic. I attended the premier in NYC about five or six years ago.
