TICK WARNING

I hate it when people forward bogus warnings, and I've been guilty of
accidentally doing it myself a couple times, but this one is important.
So please send this warning to everyone on your e-mail list.

If someone comes to your front door saying they
are with the county and are checking for ticks due to the warming weather
and asks you to take your clothes off and dance around with your arms up...
DO NOT DO IT!! IT IS A SCAM!! They only want to see you naked...
I wish I'd gotten this before yesterday. (I feel sooooooo stupid.)

It is hard to believe that people would do something so dastardly. Luckily, I was warned about this last week, when the man came around for the door to door skin cancer screening. He told me to be careful of that kind of scam. Such a nice man. And so thorough at his job.

Yes i had the Ladies from the Council round last week warning me of all these scams. They had me naked and jumping up and down for ages. Sooner or later i will let them leave...........

Oh.. how about the creepy next door neightbor who comes over after he sees me in a towel and tries to hand me something so you let go of my towel. Should I have cautious of this as well?? What should I do??

OH..now THAT guy is legit.. it's the one who keeps his hands on your shoulders while he is standing behind you doing the exam. :)
