Status: offline 		Meandering as one does along the highways and byeways of the internet I came across some sites showing fem. dommes giving sub. men quite vicious kicks in the goolies aka the testicles. I couldnt believe my eyes and I am fairly sure the videos where genuine.

Status: offline 		A kick in the balls can do serious damage. A controlled kneeing is quite different as it is pressure rather than impact. I have examined a couple of videos I have where it appears that someone is being kicked in the balls quite closely, and they are in fact being kicked either in the upper thigh or behind the balls in  the perineum. The internet is a dangerous place if it gives people the idea that an uncontrolled kick in the direction of the family jewels is just fine. The testicles can split and gangrene can result. All those sportsmen who wear protective boxes are not just big sissies.

Status: offline 		Personally genitalia torture is a hard limit for me, i dont know, i am much sensitive down there and i dont want any kind of trauma there.

I dont know how a person can get exited being kicked in the testicles, man when i hit them by accident i feel a horrible pain in the kidneys that stills all the day.

In other side, the electro torture is more stylized and less barbaric, that one would be a superable limit for me i thinks.

CBT is a bit of a mis nomer. While it can include "torture" for those who are pain sluts, it is more "torment" than torture, ie teasing, sensations and the threat of pain....  We had a couple of gay pro Doms do a CBT workshop for us. The main point they made was that most men are very penis orientated. Their testicles are a very neglected area. By focussing the sensation into that area it gives them a very different sensual experince which enhances sexual pleasure. Before you put CBT on your limits list, discuss with a potential Dominant exactly what sorts of CBT you are talking about. Not all CBT is about pain. Take sounds for example.... grins....

oh good gods yes....my first domiant had an accident when his foot slipped off the bicycle pedal when he was a teenager...and he had to have one testicle removed.  not someting to mess about with at all!

Status: offline 		Don't be too worried about it.  Testicles are well designed to take pretty severe hits.  There are three things that you need to worry about to play safely. 
1) Don't twist the testicles, and don't kick them in a way that they could twist.  When someone loses a testicle, this is almost always the reason.
2) Avoid blows with sharp edges, as testicles can rupture.  This means, try to kick with the top of the foot instead of the toe, and hit testicles with the flat of a book and not a corner.  If a testicle does rupture, you need to seek medical attention.
3) When kicking, make sure that the testicles can get away.  This means don't bind them.  When a guy is kicked in the testicles, they move around in the bag, and that softens the blow.

If you look closely at the videos you mentioned, the testicles are dangly freely, and the women use the flat of their foot instead of the toe.  Be wary, though as some of the videos may show people who are willing to risk damaging testicles, or infertility. 

I prefer slapping and punching to kicking because it is easier to control, but as long as you avoid the things above, the testicles can take an amazing amount of abuse.

Thanks, but none for me.  We limit such play to light slaps, a squeeze here and there, some stretching, but right now that's about it.  In the past I have done electro and sounds (together and seperately), and am sure we will try them again soon.  And looking forward to needles too...  but AWAY FROM THE BALLS!  Sack only.  We do a lot of C&B bondage, but for any kind of impact/ heavy sensation play the boys swing free.

Sorry, but I am going to disagree with some of this. Someone else has already posted that they know someone who had an accident with the family jewels, and my first husband was kicked in the balls and had a testicle split as a result. My second husband had a testicle removed because it was damaged. I would conclude from this that testicles are NOT well protected from impact damage, as I don't go looking for men with damaged balls, lol, and this was in my pre BDSM days. You have said "If a testicle does rupture, seek medical attention." OMG I can't believe you wrote that with a straight face. More like, phone your lawyer because you're in for a massive court case! I agree that testicles will stand a lot when it comes to squeezing and pressure, but kicking? No, I still say it is FAR too risky. I love CBT but kicking is on MY limits list, and seeing this stuff being done and copied by Know Nothings gives me the ab dabs. You may know what you are doing, but very few people do, and idiots don't need any encouragement to take this lightly.

As usual, I find myself both agreeing and disagreeing.

I strongly agree that it is easy to give people a wrong impression about CBT.

On the other hand, I've also had quite a number of impacts (M.A. practice, accidents, etc.), and know a fair number of people who have had significant impacts to the groin. Unless we've been really lucky, then they can take a fair bit of a certain kind of trauma. That said, most people haven't a clue how to kick properly, from what I've seen trying to teach them to do so. Hence, while I disagree about their resillience, baring a source or convincing anatomical argument to the contrary, I still agree that one needs to know how to do this.

I'm more ambivalent about whether it belongs out there. On one hand, putting the info out can make it seem simpler and safer than it is, leading to more injuries. On the other hand, lack of info has rarely dissuaded anyone from pursuing their fantasies with even less to go on. And in no particular hand, but still important, does one have a responsibility and/or right to coddle people and protect them from themselves, or does one accord them the right to choose their own way?
