Does anyone have a favorite cheese of the moment like me...i discovered this sheep's milk cheese recently calle Petit Basque and it is my favorite...but i love all kinds of cheese and it is my downfall..what about You? (i still love the kraft cheese in the plastic single slices too..ha ha) i bought today this cheese called Rembrandt Cave aged Gouda with some awards i am taking to my Doms place this weekend but i am not tasting it till we taste it together....but when i bought it it was humid here and i could feel the fat oozing through the plastic..yum yum...any other cheese recommendations would be appreciated!

Im gonna be the redxneck of the bunch and say I really like the sliced craft stuff in the little packages...I know its not actually cheese...its labeled as "cheese food" whatever that means...but it makes the best grilled cheese sandwhiches...

Oh... what I would give for some ewe's milk cheese... Roquefort... Etarqui... Brucciu (a Corsican marvel)...

I've been liking Ibores a lot lately. It's a Spanish semi-firm goat cheese that's rubbed with olive oil and paprika. Also, Ossau Iraty Pardou, and Brillat-Savarin, and Nevat, and Robiola la Rossa, and Tomme de la Chataigneraie, and the list goes on and on.

I love cheese.
