Just need to relax a bit more sappatoti and this will become easier for you. I still recall my first transformation and I had to house my spirit in the body of a demonn for a short time before acquiring my second form. It was much easier when I assumed this form a short time ago. Hopefully this will be my last and final shape.

Oh yeah it gets a lot easier over time...check this out....* shifts from dragon to man to boulder to turkey to black knight to sea turtle to falcon to rhino and back to dragon in 30 seconds* WHOOOOOOOO that's a rush!

hmm, no that's how to slowly kill yourself by slowly rotting your soul.  How does the career kills itself?  I know how to kill a career....but that's career homocide.  I want to know how the career goes out and offs itself.
