Personally, I am not meaner to one or another. I do have preferences for the types I play with, overall though. I get nothing out of play stricty from the giving abuse point of view, so I tend to only abuse those I find attractive. So, I suppose in a way, yu could say no, its quite the opposite. I am harder on the pretty ones than I am on the ones I dont find attractive, since those are the only ones I actually do anything with.

I think looks will sway a Dominant. The submissive my Master just released (for reasons in addition to looks) did not have a shape as much as she was a bit blobby. Striped nude; she had a "muffin top" at the waistline and then her hips and butt were extremely diminished. She also had dark hair every where, shaved her face and chest (she had more shadow then Master), she needed to have her braces removed and they made her teeth funny colors and her breath smell of death, and she wouldn't stand up straight. All this along with the horrid expression she always wore on her face in public made it to the point of Master not wanting to take her out in public or even seeing her naked.

So to answer; yes looks are a major factor.

If I do not particularly care for your personality and attitude I might be meaner - but then I probably wouldn't be with you in that case. I know that a cutie with attitude will not get treated better by me than a not so cutie but with a good personality and humility.

Looks don't affect my treatment or view on a man as much as personality does. Initially, a more attractive man will get noticed first; however, if I find him to have an unattractive personality, I will not use him at all.

well, i am merely having some fun here. afterall, what have i got to lose? i'm not owned, probably will never be, so i've decided to stop dwelling on that and just let my fun side out for some fresh air...it gets pretty stuffy sometimes in the lifetyle.

I wouldn't say I'm meaner, but I don't play with people who are unattracive to MY eyes. Looks are subjective though, everyone finds different things that are attractive to them, but may not be attractive to others. I'm shallow and don't care.

I let my pull toward someone be my guide, when choosing someone for that intimate relationship. Part of the chemistry is in looks - but "chemistry" is the over-all impact someone has on you, with you, so it's very individual. I confess, I have been drawn to some very beautiful men. But certainly not every man who is considered attractive, has chemistry for me, because, again, it's individual.

That said, will I be cruel? To a beautiful man? Oh, please, you're making me get all...prepared...inside.

By the way, you do realize how many submissive men are desperately hoping that a dominant woman won't let her affection and attraction for them stand in the way of treating them very "badly," hm?

Sure, looks matter.

A slave writing to me wearing a dirty, pizza encrusted T-shirt, ketchup and snot stains on their chin, and roaches in her hair isn't likely to interest me.

Looks aren't simply a question of physical appearence; they reflect the lifestyle and personality we choose to embrace. A slave who takes an interest in their appearence is more likely to do so with her life. One who does does not....

So for me, it's not strictly aesthetics. I can (and enjoy!) take a 'plain' looking girl and turning her into a full blown hottie. When I met gretchen, she was about as plain as they come. A year later, she knocked my socks off. It wasn't even the clothes she wore, her makeup, etc, it was her attitude, and an entire (if subtle) shift in her personality. In the past year, as some folks here have seen, she's done a bit of modeling even.

I suppose it's the difference between looking at a house, and seeing it's potential, or moving on to the next. I don't feel obligated to take a person who doesn't meet my standards; there will be other men who see treasure, where I do not. A slave that I don't feel I would treasure, would be ill served in my care. The aesthetics are simply one cog in the machine that is slave.

Actually if I stop and think about it, I'm probably more intense with better looking slaves just because I find it hot when a boy (or girl) cries for me. If I find him or her hot before the SM, they are likely to be even hotter with the SM, understand?

I have to be attracted physically to someone that I'm going to have a sexual relationship with -- that's fairly normal I'd say -- but that is not the only factor at all, not even the number one factor.

A masochist who knows how and will will react with eagerness may not be physically attractive to me (Faith wasn't) but they can be a very fun SM partner and a great slave too.

See how complicated this is?

Oh hell yes this matters... with women not as much... I am very quick to feel a woman deeper..... just the way I am wired-- women are beautiful to me.. usually always......I feel different things for each one.. but being a woman and sincere about knowing me is arousing to me at the gate...
