There's a company here in Norway that makes skin care products from a protein called spermine (not kidding, google it). In an interview, the reporter (a woman) asked the guy who was their head of research if it might not be better to apply a thin layer of sperm to the face instead, seeing as though the concentration of spermine is much higher there than in their products. There was much giggling to be heard in the studio and from the news presenter afterwards.
His reply was that sperm should be a better skin care product, but he didn't quite see the attraction. [:D]
Anyway, unless his best guess is far off (and he does make very expensive skin care products for a living), the best thing you can do with it afterwards is to spread it thinly over the skin of the face, let it dry, then wash it off. Supposedly, that should be about as good as skin care gets, though I suspect mixing it with something like Locobase Repair (a moisturizer with skin-identical lipids, frequently used on burn victims and after laser surgery, AFAIK) would be even more effective, if the quantity remains the same.
Somehow I think convincing a male Dom to provide a load per day isn't all that hard. [:D]
