ORIGINAL: popeye1250 The best defense is a good offense. I love stalkers! Lots of fun and a good bit of sport. The thing about stalkers is that they don't realise that once they become "known" to the Police they have virtually no protection from the police and thus make themselves "easy targets." At that point you can basically do anything to them and get away with it. If you have a restraining order out against them you can shoot them with impunity. No-one ever said stalkers were smart. Ooh! Perhaps an opportunity to get a carry permit in an otherwise difficult state! Kyari, if you're not in a "shall issue" state I don't know about that. If you're in a state like Massachusetts and they refuse to issue you a "permit" to carry concealed just get a lawyer and sue whichever agency refuses you and as long as you're not a convicted felon they have to give you a permit. Second Amendment Rights and all that. I know a guy in Woburn, Mass who did that. They have to issue you a permit.
