The thing about stalkers is that they don't realise that once they become "known" to the Police they have virtually no protection from the police and thus make themselves "easy targets."

Kyari, if you're not in a "shall issue" state I don't know about that.
If you're in a state like Massachusetts and they refuse to issue you a "permit" to carry concealed just get a lawyer and sue whichever agency refuses you and as long as you're not a convicted felon they have to give you a permit.
Second Amendment Rights and all that.
I know a guy in Woburn, Mass who did that.
They have to issue you a permit.
