I don't bother with sheets, I try to keep a fitted sheet on the matress protecter, and that's it. I prefere direct skin to blanket contact, with nothing inbetween me and the cozyness. If it's really cold or I wanna do something special for my partner, then maybe I'll put more than a fitted sheet on, but nah I normally do not bother.
