I'm on that same bandwagon.....way too many untimely deaths in BDSM world. It must be very hazardous to one's health. Maybe the Surgeon General should put out a warning.

Does anyone else ever get the feeling that at least some of these threads are..........not real? I mean, maybe the collarme gods are putting threads out there under fake profiles? Just something that's made its way through the cobwebbed corridors of the tic tac I call my mind.....

I realize this thread has been resolved but I just wanted to agree that sadly it is not even a little uncommon for doms to sever relationships with on line subs by faking their death. A dom I felt I was very close to , pretended to be his own wife and wrote to me to stay away from her husband...later I found out he was never married and lived with his mom...

I don't doubt that there are guys who try to get out of a relationship by faking death.

I think a more likely explination as to why so many submissives talk about dying Masters is that there are a LOT of guys out there who are the 'master' of a dozen submissives via online and the phone. So when one does die for real, you now have a dozen (or more) submissives who are affected. Plus I bet a lot of these guys are in their 50s and 60s and heart attacks are a lot more common than for the average population.

I'd never fake MY death. It's so cruel. Plus I can't imagine how embarrasing it must be to be caught doing that. Of course, those that do probably have little empathy or morals anyway...
