Although...

Losing consciousness doesn't necessarily mean total blackout. It appears one would see two and one-half minutes of their future. The question is, which part of their future?

There are many times I tell my girl that she is good over some of the most trivial of things and that is because good criticism goes a thousand ways farther to encourage and help growth. Where bad criticism rarely encourages growth and often exceeds in unraveling much of the trust and loyalty that one has already built.

I do have a sister I've never met....I only know her first name. I have worked 12 days in a row. Tonight will be 13. It's not a good excuse for being such a screwup this week but it's all I got!

Robert...i must say i highly agree with Your philosophy... In my experience, adults are not that much different from children. In that the more you can 'catch them being good' (praise them when doing well) the less energy you have to spend focusing on what they are not doing so well....

Ask me that again around 8am when I'm supposed to be getting off work...and yeah it's gonna be a Friday, not likely to get better yet! I refuse to go back in  though until Monday night. 13 days in a row is PLENTY of overtime for me, thank yo very much.

That is so true Kali. When you praise a sub, they are more inclined to want to serve and do their best to make us happy and in return they are happy.

I remember working schedules like that. Hated it. Felt like wanting to secretly doing harm to those who provoked me in the slightest. Went whacko, or damn close to it a couple of times.

I wish you rest and relaxation with whatever free time you have coming.
