The trouble with living alone is that packages of food items are too large to eat up before they start to go bad. A 5-pound bag of russet potatoes has 12 potatoes. An 8 oz package of whole mushrooms has 14 mushrooms in it. Green onions come about a dozen in a bag to be used up in one week. i will have to eat a potato every day for 12 days. Mushrooms will go in omelets, soups, salads, and chopped up over the baked potatoes every day. Guess what goes with everything for a week - green onions. It's all good and works on my food plan but gets boring. Arrrrrrrrgggggggggghhhhhhh!

Mix in a bit of Jäger just to liven things up a bit. A bottle or cask of Jäger should last a good, long time, especially when chilled to perfection.

What is this when you attempt to explain to someone that you have done all you can do right now to help them with their pain that they go off and get angry at you because you can't get rid of their pain... This has happened to me more than once and with more than one person and it is reallly irritating.

That's called ingratitude on their part Robert. Lots of people have it these days. Try and help people to the best of your ability and it's not good enough. They want more. When they can't get more, they blame those who were trying to help them. The world's becoming a less considerate and gracious place, sad to say. It almost makes a person want to stop giving a damn.

Well, it is not always that either... Sometimes it is the depth of the pain that makes someone act like that... In this case it is toothache from impacted wisdom teeth that are scheduled to be removed next week. Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggghhhh... Slow internet connections are driving me insane... and no it is not an infestation or problem with the computer... grumbles... if it was that I could fix it.
