Dude, I think for every girl willing to indulge this, there are probably a hundred guys who would be looking to own her. Your odds aren't very good. Now, now... you never can tell! There are some people I've met who ARE body modification fetishists. And Who's to say there aren't a few women out there who want this kind of work done, and would be more than happy to have some guy pick up the tab?
