So! I figured as a lovely follow up to the playing and drinking thread...I'd post this one!

At this very moment I have drank a lot of vodka. Jelloshots and screw drivers galore. Screw drivers are my favorite.

What's yours? What is your favorite drink?

I am a screwdriver fan Myself, however I prefer a "Phillips Screwdriver", it's Vodka & Milk of Magnesia, sometimes called a "Pile Driver"

[:D] OMG, I got onto a new posting on the first page.  What luck.  Oh and thank goodness it is one that I hope does not turn into a political battleground. Grrrrrrrrrr.
 
Ok, with that said I have favorites.  It depends on mixed drinks or straight.
 
My #1 mixed drink is a Seperator.  Kahlua, Cream and Brandy over ice.
 
Next would be Rum and Coke ( i mean real Coke)
Then Banana/Strawberry mixed with Rum or Tequila
 
Straight Drinks
 
Wild Turkey 101 over ice with a water back

Hendricks and tonic w/lime-Madame G

weellll I'm a little more complicated than most. Lately, a Mojito when its a hot day and I'm out. Mango if possible.

Hendricks and tonic as well.

White russian

Lemon liquor, Midori, and rum with some club soda/pineapple jucie. Or most combo's of those ingrediants.

Red beers, PA's, Bluepoint blueberry, Rouge Deadguy, Saranac Black Forrest, Ithaca Apricot Wheat

You'd think I drink way more than I do, but I'm just picky when I do.

ok, someone show me how to do jello shots. i'm nearly a bar virgin (shut up dragon and bear), and i can't bear to ask the 21 y.o. kidlet who knows way more about drinks than i do. [:)]

So if the jello calls for one cup boiling water and one cup cold water. Ya use vodka in place of the cold. So half and half. If the jello calls for two cups boling water and two cups cold....well..guess! Two cups vodka. Don't boil the vodka.

Also, put it in small plastic cups you can buy at like...walmart and stuff. It's really easy.

Anything with limes!  A glass of limes with vodka topping it off, vodka gimlets, margaritas, mojitos, caipirinhas...

Jack Daniels and coke is my usual. Of course tequila. Baby guinness (rum topped with baileys i think), Vodka, Tequila and red bull (do you guys have that?) - and on a girls night out fat frogs to get the night started while getting ready!!

Jello shots work best in those little plastic medicine-dispensing type cups because the jello doesn't stick to the cup like it does with paper cups.  Those party supply sores usually have them in stock, and they're pretty cheap. 

The best way to shoot them is to hold the cup to your bottom lip, stick your tongue down the inside of the cup between the jello and cup edge and then run your tongue all the way around, loosening the jello from the sides, and then tip the cup back and slurp!

Go easy on them and pace yourself...the alcohol gets pretty concentrated and the sugar in the jello shoots it right into your bloodstream and you can get pretty shit-faced pretty fast.  Don't ask.

You can get really creative with the recipes....orange jello with peach schnapps is a Fuzzy Navel shot.  Lime jello and tequila for Margaritas. (You can even dip the rim in lime juice and salt if you want to)  Cherry, orange and lemon jello with rum for Bahama Mama.  Pineapple jello with coconut rum for Pina Colada.
