ORIGINAL: FrankAr So the line of ...After you are owned, you have a say and control...I thought should have been ......After you are owned, you have a say but no control. Be well. Greetings, Master Frank. ~chuckle~ I realize that I am not even close to kajira material but my main thrust was toward new slaves and subs. In fact, you are correct: it is all about communication and knowing upfront what you're getting into. In a healthy dynamic it is not untoward or uncommon to say that after one is owned one does have a say but no control. However, even after all the communication, some slaves and subs ~still~ don't know what they're getting into. What I wanted to make clear is that in abusive and unhealthy M/s dynamics (and even in healthy ones that no longer "work") one ~always~ has the choice to disobey (with repercussions of course) or to leave. No disrespect intended to you, Master Frank. I agree with you but also feel that those who are new need little reminders that this stuff ain't magic. Be well. ~smiling~ (And happy Monday.)
