Wow... Although I know the sorts of names you mean, for all sorts of cosmetics colors, I did not recall OPI having indulgent names that have nothing to do with the actual color ("I'm not really a waitress" red? wa!) - I thought I remembered them being, like, No. 598 - The first I think of, in nail polish, is, "Anemone." It's got a sheen that changes color - an intense, dark red-purple base, with a violet-blue sheen. Not such a whimsical name, but then, it reminds me of one of my favourite songs, "Anemone." I like irridescent or opalescent colors - like chatoyant silk or opals. Also, colors that look like jewels or like metal. I also think of a couple of colors that are not nail polish, by Manic Panic: "Stiletto," a metallic neutral color that let your natural lip color show, a bit, through gray-silver, and "Mermaid," a great, unusual blue-green, with a sheen. They used to make these in lip color, but I'm not sure they have it in lip color, anymore, only a shadow powder.
