Oh goodie, goodie, I have a lot to add to this one...with some additional smartass remarks of my own.
Well there are green bananas, brown ones and they even turn all black and musy in time too.. I'm certain there is some Geek biochemist in a lab somewhere figuring out the genetic coding involved for there to be blue, or purple bananas growing off from trees. I'm certain some grade schooler lost their yellow cayola, and picked up the blue one to color in that Lovely Banana the monkey was holding in a coloring book somewhere! Now, if I take out a can of blue spay paint, I could change the color of many things including banana's. Oh Crap Spanky, I would be manipulating something. Not that us humans are naturally prone to trying to manipulate or dom anything around us. Some people could really care less, if a banana was blue, yellow, or green.. not unless they had to eat it. The question is, is it good for us or not to eat those Green Bananas, the brown ones, Ummmm... what's the natural reaction most people have at the thoughts of eating those really mushy black ones? I wonder what's the natural reaction most monkeys have toward rotting black banana's? If somebody comes onto the message boards and makes a post about it being sane to force their submissives to eat rotting black banana's what would be the answer most people would give? Oh hell, perhaps there is a use to paint a Green or Black Banana blue with a can of paint after all. Call it a bit of a mind fuck.
God, perhaps if I was rich and ecentric, I might insist upon only eating banana's that were spray painted blue. I'd even add clauses to contracts stating that every business deal would involve an offering of blue Banana's as part of the Terms & Conditions. Just to simply mind fuck with people that wanted a slice of my money. LOL.. It's not so much a question of what may or may not be true, but rather a question of what us humans can make true.
Like I said there is some biochemists in a lab somewhere working on something to make it reality. Perhaps one day, a thousand years from now, blue Banana's may be growing in the wild jungle somewhere. Natural genetically modified food for the taking. Would this make this banana's any more or less real. Would blue banana's be viewed as fake wanna be bananas?
At times it takes a child like imagination to tilt the world and change it completely for others.
