Spam spam spam! No not email, the meat er fake meat. Well, what ever it is I love it. Spam turkey, Spam ham, spam and rice, spam sandwitches, spam and eggs, spam meatloaf, boiled spam, fried spam, spam and cheese with noodles, spam with a freind, spam with an enemy, spam with clothes on, spam with out. Spam for lunch, spam for dinner, spam and crackers, I LOVE SPAM!

Spam is discusting. has about the same amount of nutritional value as a hotdog and make me wonder..what's in that shit? blah..but to each their own[&:]

Ramen... yeah if you're looking to have a hear attack. Too much sodium, although there is some in spam. But not as much in ramen...

To each their own, but I can't even take how it looks coming out of the can let alone the smell of if it is fried in the skillet. So if there happens to be a stray can in the house I'll happily send it your way!

http://www.spam.com/ When I moved to MN for cooking school, first place I went to was Mall of America. Second was Austin MN for the Spam museum... Technical note: Spam is primarily pork shoulder, with ham and fats added to match the desired fat content. It's processed into that form to make sure that the fat is evenly distributed throughout. Not much "mystery meat" there: the numbers don't add up in the lab to be anything but what's on the label. Treet, on the other hand... that shit's fuckin' evil.

Spam is a hard HARD limit of mine. I refuse to even allow it into the house. I don't want to look at it, I don't want to smell it (see gaggy face ) and I sure as hell will not eat it. If Spam were the only meat available I would become vegetarian.

Ever heard of Marmite? It's yeast extract. It's YUMMY on toast but tons of people hate it: it's very much an acquired taste. Some say it's even more offensive than Spam. And NO jokes on yeast infections, please [8D]. http://www.marmite.com/

They're similar products; Marmite's English, Vegimite's Australian. Marmite's darker and shinier. Vegimite has a mat texture and is browner in colour. As I said, yeast extract's an acquired taste [:D] !

Actually, I often use nutritional brewer's yeast extract with vegan clients who miss the salty funk of parmesan cheese. It's the dry version of the above. Wanna know what it's tasty on? SPAM!
