since everyone is so smart here....let me say this...his profile here does not even come close to the actual State he is in.....and yes it was accessed recently...actually just hours before the Federal Marshalls came in to arrest him...we will not give details now nor give his real name....we will not jeopardize the cases in any way...it will all come out one day when it is appropriate....until then believe us or not...your choice....we only wish to reach others whom he has touched....and yes the police do have all his records and emails...i am so through with you all...

If he was arrested it would be public record, and if he was arrested for all that you two have said, then some news agency will run a story about it, making it even more public and wide spread.
So, why not just point to the story written about his arrest?

You can't even tell what state he is in? It would ruin your court events..  even though you want us gals to be scared of him?? NO state? wow..he gives a fake state, you know the real one but you cannot disclose that?  OMG so, we should be afraid of some nik you post in profile? lmao.


IF you really cared you would violate TOS in hope that others viewed this post while a mod was in the bathroom or sleeping or busy, or post the sob's name on profile in HUGE LETTERS to show that YOU really care..awee.

You would be on the phone in dire distress from being fuked over from some bank-sucking sloth-man.  But, nope, you are still here, searching, sigh, how quaint.

According to you. Perhaps he just dumped you really hard and you are the real con artist here, trying to run his name through the mud. Maybe not but it happens often enough that we shouldn't believe everyone who comes on here with a sob story. You said he has been arrested - provide some evidence of who he is and what he did. Then you will actually help people by identifying who he was, that he is now safely in jail and others can contact you.

What you are doing now is reminiscent of Sentor McCarthy, clutching a fistful of papers and crying "I have a list of names of communists in this country" but refusing to say who.

On the basis of the evidence presented in this thread: how objectively can we distinguish omegasone from somebody caught up in an hysterical fantasy with no reality to it whatsoever?

How would omegasone herself?

In post 62 she wrote "believe us or not...your choice."

Well, no. That doesn't cut it. Let's remember she started this thread with a series of political statements positioning herself as a political leader in the matter. Specifically, she wrote "Today I am on a mission....It is time that we as a community stand up and start policing ourselves....We must stop those who use this lifestyle to prey on others!!!!!!!"

If you start political, you can't hide in the personal. If you start objective, you can't retreat to the subjective.

Of course if you start hysterical with one fantasy you stay hysterical with a series of other fantasies. Somebody once wrote "Everybody is entitled to theirn opinion. Nobody is entitled to their own facts."

Facts, with omegasone as with all hysterics, are what's lacking here, from beginning to end.

But if ultimately everything comes down to simple personal opinion and belief, why, save for a need for personal attention, did omegasone start the thread at all?

this post seems a little odd to me. we are all adults here, it is not as if we are running to the principal or something... use common sense here. one would think that after all of the shows on TV about Internet scams, people would learn to be more cautious? well, apparently not...

as i asked before, op, when you discovered the con by the con dom, why didn't you report him?  if (and it's a sketchy if since you haven't provided any links about this person) this guy's in jail, why warn us - doesn't seem logical to me warn us now while there's a case mounting against him (according to you). 

personally, you sound like chicken little running around here screaming "the sky is falling ...the sky is falling" when it has already fallen to the ground.

thanks for the warning however i'm an adult ...i don't need anyone holding my hand when it comes to spotting scams/scammers ...and if i don't spot, it right away, at least i have the good sensse not to send anyone i don't know money.

I finally found his name in the journal. I emailed him and asked if he would come in and give his side of the story.  I know if he has been arrested that would be difficult, but if not maybe he will show up.

If this person had done what you're accusing him of and to so many people, for so many years, once he were arrested, this would be on the national news. I would think there would be a request from newscasters for people to step forward who had knowledge of his action, or were harmed by them, since he's supposedly done this to hundreds over the internet.

Why is it that you want them to personally contact YOU? Why aren't you refering them to the PROPER place to make their complaints?

Personally, I think you and this other person FEEL you got burned (which may, or may not be the case) and you now want revenge for whatever perceived slight you may have experienced. There is no way for us to tell if this is spite on your part, due to rejection, or if anything happened a all.

As others have made quite clear, if he had been arrested, then provide the information so that we can verify it.
