And, btw, my capitalization, or lack thereof, is not in the least bit random.  It's a pity SOME of you can't figure that out....

Ok, so it's not quite random, but you did prove my point about how important you seem to think it is, while the rest of us don't really give a damn if you do or don't capitalize something.  Not to mention the fact that you've made it clear that you have no concept of the "quote" function - so if I were you, I wouldn't be talking about other people being stupid and/or not being able to figure things out *smiles sweetly*

You also managed to ignore the bit of advice that Aquatic and I both gave you ... so as far as I'm concerned at this point, the person who said you were only here to stir up trouble is correct, and I wash my hands of you.

Have a nice day, please drive through now.

Hisbellaluna -> RE: Online taboo topics...and the law (8/25/2007 12:21:50 AM)

my intelligence is not based on my knowledge of your random use of butchered english...i have no idea what DNH means...its apparently not been around long enough for it to be spread around the internet or perhaps you made it up, i don't know...either way...not knowing what lol or asl or rofl or any of those other things does not speak of intelligence...ignorance perhaps...of a culture that i would not be to proud to boast of...imagine going into work and boasting of the hours you spent doing _______ on the internet last night...not such good reactions...anywho...if you want to know legal reprecussions, ask someone trained in the legal field? there is also a health and saftey board but i don't go on their and ask how to do an apendectomy...if its a matter of me being locked up or fined hundreds or thousands...i'll ask someone with a little more knowledge than the average joe...and those on these boards with that knowledge, don't hand it out for free...

xoxi -> RE: Online taboo topics...and the law (8/25/2007 4:09:05 AM)

Wow.  Snarling nest of vipers indeed.

The situation I see is Person 1 made an insulting assumption about Person 2.  Person 2 was insulted by the insulting assumption, and thus proved the assumption wrong and returned a couple insults to Person 1.  Person 1 has not responded so he either feels bad, doesn't care anymore, or hasn't even read this.

Then Persons 3-300 decide this is somehow an affront to their delicate sensibilities, and commence to do the exact same thing. Insult someone.  Because somehow this will not result in the insulted party returning the insult (as people tend to modify their behavior to the exact opposite on a whim) and restore the order that was somehow offended.

Either that or Celticlord has lots of friends who have not graduated beyond an 8th grade mentality.  Either way, what the fuck.

Aileen68 -> RE: Online taboo topics...and the law (8/25/2007 4:29:19 AM)

I think googling "proper capitalization" should be both highly suspicious and illegal and should warrent a knock on the door from the feds.

You, my dear, may have set a record for calling names within the fewest number of posts from a new poster.  No wonder your dream dom had another.

i have some not-so-AVERAGE fantasies...and have tried to look these up online.  They are ONLY fantasies...can i get in trouble for this?  Is Big Brother really watching?

Big brother is not only watching, he is copying your ips while you surf for such.

To get a general idea of what you can and cannot view, look in your average video store or upper shelf magazines of any store. Even a bdsm store, If it ain't there (your fantasy)then it is likely illegal.

As for me, I'm too short to reach those shelves anyhoo. lol

i guess i should have put DNH...but most of you who have replied (not to be confused with ALL) are probably too stupid to know what that means anyhow.

That's me! I have no clue what DNH means or 75 % of the other short cuts used. [:(]

Wow, I know how to quote but I don't know what DNH means either. So nice to know I am not the only one in this boat.

I'm going with Do Not Hospitalize...although Deoxyribonucleohelicates does have a certain ring to it...

I seriously would like to know what this means though...I'm pretty up on 'internet abbreviations' and I've never heard this.

xoxi -> RE: Online taboo topics...and the law (8/25/2007 5:59:57 AM)

No wonder I didn't get what was so funny about the collage post.  I thought that s/he was insulting the girl for actually specifying that the pics were in a collage or something.  But in fact it was a level of idiocy that went way over (under?) my head.

Anyway I completely agree, as I posted on the previous page.  However I like the way you said it better :)
