ORIGINAL: proudsub Subjects which are unacceptable regardless of circumstance include, but are not limited to - minors, bestiality, incest, necrophilia, snuff and criminal activities. Any other questions of acceptability will be determined based on the content of the given essay. Interestingly enough, those have been determined based on content so far. Including this thread remaining alive to this point. That aside, the point is probably that they don't want to come close to liability. Which could be incurred by instigating, facilitating, describing, portraying, etc. such activities, or providing links to same. Quite understandable, given the current legal environment. In any case, to answer the OPs question: others have given the best answer (talk to a lawyer, possibly one off the KAP list), but if that is not an option, it basically comes down to most of that kind of stuff being illegal to possess, although the risks associated with acquiring it over KAD, Gnutella, eMule and the like are fairly limited. However, one might want to consider whether it might increase availability, with possible value to those who produce it as free advertising or increased salience for those who would be inclined to pay for it. As such, one might be said to indirectly support the practice, which effectively takes it out of the realm of fantasy as far as ethics are concerned. Personally, I'd advise against it, and feedback from those who have perused illegal materials indicates that a lot of people do not find actual depictions as arousing as they thought they would. In short, your fantasies will probably provide more entertainment and less personal moral doubts, along with avoiding exposure to potential trauma. Depending on your jurisdiction, drawings may be legal, and high-quality artwork can be an option if so.
