i turned 50 2 months ago... i also went skydiving for the first time 2 months ago.   i went my 2nd time less than 10 days ago.  And i hope to have my 100th jump when i am 60.  It is something i seem to have taken a real liking too.  Life is actually pretty damn good at 50.

I think the answer to that is what everyone else has said...............that there is no such thing as too old.  When I did have a collar, I was in my 20s and my Mistress was in her 40's.  The age difference was about 15 years, but when you are talking about 20s and 40s, that is a pretty significant difference on the calendar.  But we never saw it that way because it worked out wonderfully for us.

On a slightly different note, just before I met her, I was having sex with a woman who was 61.......and I was about 25.  Now that is a pretty large age difference.  We knew there was no relationship and it was just for fun and for sex, but I will say this...........the sex was fantastic.  I never expected that and we saw each other sexually until I met Mistress.  So who's to say there is a limit in age when I've never had any issues with it??

Lord, when I finally reach 60, 70, 80, 90, please let it still be all about the sex and the passion! I want to be the slut of the retirement village.

While one is never never too old, they need to adjust to the realities of aging.  As a male ages, he dos go through Andropause (male menopause).  If he is seeking a sweet, young thing... have you considered your performance?  Will she be willing to wait a bit for the V*agra to kick in?

I have an older submissive (63).  I'm 54.  I find the trade off from play to be one of patience and more tantric in nature.

LOL NMJardine, go you!  As long as there's viagra, lube, and hip replacements there's no problem with 90 year old's getting down and dirty :P

Also is it just me or is this thread making anyone else want to go out and rent Harold and Maude?

Just a question for the masses...How old is too old?  Do you think when you get to a certain age you should no longer look?  Is to old 60, 65, 70?  I look at the majority of people who post and they are probably in the their 30's & 40's.
As you probably guessed by now I am at that threshold.  60 to be exact.  I don't feel 60, I don't look 60...but that stigma is there...should I stop looking for that special woman who wants to own me?

When you're too old to remember how.

And actually, that's a serious answer.  Unless this is Logan's Run, there is no retirement age for life and living.  As long as you have the desire and energy... and remember how... go for it.

PS:  Gene Simmons is over 60... you don't see him giving up.  Hugh Hefner is 80 and has three girlfriends.  If they can, there's no reason you can't.  Only thing stopping you, is you.

My rule is pretty simple: if she's too old to get on all fours and lift her ass higher than her head, she's too old.

We met 2 years ago when I was 54 and he was 64.  By they way, he had a lung transplant at the age of 60.  We know people who are older than we are who still play.  It's never too late.  It's attitude that counts.

Egads!..I hope while I live..I will never be too old..But I do understand that as one gets into their 50's and 60's that worry starts to creep in. But I state categorically as one who is 50..I refuse to let my fears of my age rule my life...Tempting

Hehehe and I bet your mom's off thinking "anyone my kid's age is far too young to bother with"

You know I was thinking about this earlier actually...in relation to the other thread where a 20-something said a 34 year old was old.  If you had a room full of people, and had to split them into "old" and "young", where would the cutoff be? 30? 35? 40? 45? 36-and-three-months-two-weeks-and-five-days?

To an 11 year old, 18 is old.  To an 18 year old, 35 is old. To a 35 year old, 50 is scary. Not just because it's 'old', but because it's closer than 18. And so many 50 year olds feel like they're just now starting to live.  It's totally relative, and totally based on your own perception.   Live life to the fullest, every single day.  And when you're 99 years old, and the fullest you can live is smiling at the nurse who brings you your medication, do it!  We all have an eternity to be dead, why not cherish every moment we have?

It is a moving target. Best expressed  - "too old" is the day after you've died.
.

LOL! I loved that line!

To the orignal poster.  As mostly everybody is saying, if you feel you can, then try.  Don't get discouraged if you run into the grey-line (also known as the grandpa wall and the viagra moat) of prejudice where some women won't want you.  There are vital handome 30 year old men on here some women don't want too, rejection is a part of the game all men play from the time we're 12 til we pay the ferryman.

I saw the shawshank redemption the other day, and it's really a matter of "get busy living or get busy dying"....if you want to find a Domme who has interesting designs on your body and your will, then find her.  You might live another 30-40 years and that's a dang long time to not try.

Fear can be a prison, and not the cool kind where you're naked with nipple clamps, don't let it talk you out of who you are or what you want.

Temptying you are gorgeous, and you look better than most of the women half your
age.
You are never too old as long as you are able to get around and you are still able to breathe.

Well, there are ways of accommodating a bum knee if the attitude is there.
