good food for thought. i don't know if i bruise easily, but i do bruise. and i was asking for ways to heal quicker so that i can play quicker.

Arnica, as someone has invariably written, makes bruises fade more quickly.

Also, you know, one can play with lingering bruises. Whether you or your dominants like to is another matter--but it's not unsafe or "not done".

Master and Mistress do not like to play in the same site until the bruise is high yellow or green. As long as it is black, blue or purple, they will play in another spot. Thanks for the reminder that you can still play.

Arnica for diminishing bruising. Asprin or ice for increasing them.

Exercise and circulation also matter. Make sure you're getting a good supply of vitamins and especially minerals and iron. Even slight anemia will change your bruising patterns.
