PPffttt, gor, nilla, bdsm, whatever, it sounds like high school crap to me. "You go ask so and so if he likes me, try to crack onto him and see what he does" etc., etc. Blah. If that's their thing, great, but why ask complete strangers to get involved? If it looks like bullshit, smells like bullshit, etc...........................

I do not like tests. If he wishes to test his girl, he should do it on his own, without risking friendships she was trying to establish. Drama like that, regardless of the person who is creating it, never has healthy results.  Someone, somewhere, is going to get hurt by it.
I would ignore, and I'd let the Dominant know I wasnt interested in playing his game.

When you don't understand the relationship dynamic....and you don't if you don't know the people.....interfering is unwise and dangerous.

I would let the matter fall by the wayside. By not acting, you neutralize the deceit, so no harm done.  One side or another is bound to repeat the mistake, creating a window of opportunity.

Greetings
This is not something that I or any Gorean I know would do. Two things are paramount to Me as a Gorean, honor and integrity...the situation presented has neither present. Ignore, ignore.

I honestly dont' know.

I suppose I'm probably more likely to ask the person I did know what it was all about, partly out of curiosity and partly because that's who I'm building the relationship with.
